How to Update the Password on Your Mobile App

This app is a mobile portal to access data from Black Knight Data & Analytics. Black Knight is enforcing a password change on their service every 90 days.This affects your mobile app because it needs to use the same account information, so the stored password on your mobile app will also need to be updated.

If you are receiving a message on the app that your login is invalid (code 16, 17 or 18), the most likely issue is that your stored login information is out of date.

APPLE USERS: How to update your login

  1. Open the Settings screen of the app and scroll to the bottom of the screen
  2. Select Log Out
  3. Log back in using the same username and password you use on //www.ticoronline.com/

ANDROID USERS: How to update your login

  1. Open the Settings screen of the app
  2. Completely clear, and carefully re-enter your username and password, using the same information you use on //www.ticoronline.com/
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select Save. Important! If you do not hit save, your updated information will not be applied.

Note New users must also visit Ticor Online Pro from a desktop computer or mobile browser, and sign-in to accept agreements and complete their account setup before they can use their account on the mobile app.

I am receiving a message my login is invalid (error code 16, 17, 18).

First, make sure you have the correct application installed.  The logo should read TICOR COMMERCIAL ELITE. (“Ticor Elite” is a separate application for residential customers).

APPLE USERS: How to update your login

  1. First, verify your login information.
    Visit www.ticoronlinepro.com and log in (via a mobile browser app, or desktop computer).
  2. Next, on your mobile device open the app
  3. Open the Settings screen of the app and scroll to the bottom of the screen
  4. Select Log Out
  5. Log back in using the same information from step 1 above, being careful to include special characters, capital letters, etc.
    (Also make sure there are no extra spaces. A common issue is spaces incorrectly entered at the end of login information).
